We not only arrange your mortgage or remortgage as a new client, but will also review the whole of market 3 months before your mortgage deals ends, this way all our clients always get the most suitable deals, we will do this for you right up until the very end of your mortgage. We will also show you simple and effective ways to reduce your mortgage term, should you wish to do so. If it is better to stay with your original Lender rather than move we will advise you accordingly.

About Steve Moore and his background
Steve has worked and lived all his life on the Fylde Coast and has been helping clients with their mortgages, remortgages and house purchases since 1992. He started his career at Britannic Assurance in Blackpool as a Financial Adviser and has since worked for Bristol & West Bank as a Manager, Wesleyan Financial Services Ltd as an Adviser,established Moore Independent Financial Advisers and later co-founded one of the leading mortgage brokers with 3 offices on the Fylde Coast.
He has attained Financial Planning Certificates 1, 2 and 3 and also holds the CeMap qualification. Now based at home and has a fully functional office where clients are welcome to visit, or Steve is able to see clients in the comfort of their own home 6 days a week 8am to 8pm, without obligation.
Steve is married to Anne-Marie and has 2 children, Olivia age 13 and Grace aged 11. In between working and spending family time together Steve likes to plays guitar, but wishes he would have started this earlier in life.
We will take you from your initial enquiry through to completion of the selected mortgage. When arranging your mortgage it is important to review that both your family and your home are adequately protected with appropriate insurance. We will be happy to arrange all this on your behalf so that you do not have to lift a finger.
